The Hidden Thirty Six
In the Talmud it is written, There are no less than thirty-six righteous people in the world who greet the Shekhinah (the divine presence) in each generation.
It is thought that their very existence sustains the world and without them, the balance of good and evil would be tipped such that the world would be destroyed. These hidden thirty-six righteous souls could be anyone.
